I AM AN AUNTY AGAIN!

My sister gave birth this morning... to a healthy little boy named Reid.  I am so happy that we have this new addition to the family.

In India, kids call you Aunty when you are married woman, or at least 20 years older than them, otherwise you are affectionately known as DiDi (older sister).

Its such a warm feeling to know that you are welcomed, that you belong, that you are part of something bigger, that in a foreign country, a crazy hot climate, and at times an alien culture, you are embraced as part of the family.

This is my prayer for the team, that as we enter Goa and are greeted by the hospitality of Martin, Beena and BLC, they feel that same sense of welcome, of belonging and of being part of something greater.

'Ohana means family - no one gets left behind, and no one is ever forgotten.
